4 months later and still no Paid up letter

Pls assist, I was given a 35% discount on my Capitec account by Brooks and luyt if i settled the account. On the 18 of November 2020 i made a payment of R3473.96 since then i havent received my paid up letter. What irritates me the most im being told the account is closed on their side they are waiting on the bank to send the letter,and the bank informed me that they have sold all rights to Brooks and luyt so they cant do anything to help. Was given the managers number Cheron but the phone rings and rings with no answer. The lady i used to call for follow ups Lungile ,whom i was told was responsible for issuing out Paid up letters promised to call me back, till today im still waiting for her call. When i call her direct number it nolonger goes through. On the other side MBD attorneys is calling me regarding the very same account, i have sent them the proof of payment hence i do not have the paid up letter but they still demanding payment.
