Poor connection

We have been struggling with our Internet connection for the last three months. Their technicians have been here several times but have not been able to fix the problem. In January 2023 our offices were struck by severe lightning. I asked their technician to write a report for us so that we can reclaim the Bronberg Internet system(or whatever it is called?) from our insurance and thus reinstall the entire internet system. Well yes! Now we are still left with their broken system which does not work. You have already sent out several technicians to come and do patch work on our system and still you are not able to solve the problem.
