Worst provider ever

Where do we start with this company.

Well the first couple of months all was well on my side and did not have a problem with my internet speed.

Now all of a sudden my internet drops or if it is running it is running way below the speed in the contract that was agreed upon. Thus i feel it is a breach of contract making this nil and void. I will be stopping all debit orders with this company as well as removing all their equipment from my residence. I have been struggling with the above mentioned client long enough and they only give a temporary solution and does not sort anything out. I will not recommend anybody use their service as there is none.

I would rather go back to Telkom then stay with them.
