Worst ISP I have ever used in my life!

Worst ISP I have ever used in my life! Constant issues very slow response from support, and they never seem to be able to fix the problems. On a 100mb/s Fibre line Uncapped I get less than 10mb/s and latency is always close to 200ms. Certainly not acceptable service, seeing as I have logged support tickets for the very same problem almost every single month, problem gets fixed temporarily and then back to the same mess again!
