Why use bronberg?

Coming as a long standing client, having recommended you frequently over and over to many clients, friends and business associates; i am at a point where i am at a loss. As an ISP service up time has degraded to the point where i am asking myself why i am still using you as an ISP. This has by far been the worse month connectivity wise and has left me losing money on a couple of occasions. Why use Bronbergwisp? I dont know anymore.
