Why do I need permission to use what I pay for?

Sure, I have internet, but rarely at the speeds I pay for, and never consitently. I am a Youtuber and thus, upload speed is a thing for me, but constantly when I try to stream, the line has jitter of over 250 ms, sometimes as high as 2 seconds. If not that then upload speeds that are nowhere near what I pay for. 4Mb should be more than enough for what I stream at 2400kbps 720p.

I'd prefer not needing to ask for permission every time I want to start a stream and getting told that I my call will be escalated, only to have the problem fixed for a day or two, then have to ask permission from mum Bronberwisp again before I can stream. R1500 is a lot of money and it's a shame that my mobile provider has streams that are more stable than yours. Sies man.
