Violation of consumer protection act.

I was quoted for a specific price and after the agreement was signed a bill arrived for more than double the quoted amount. I have phoned in 4 times to resolve this and every time I am assured this will be corrected and adjusted. This morning more than 4 times quoted and agreed upon amount was deducted from my bank account after I was assured that the will review the recorded sale and "give me what they promised"

I am sick and tired of being taken for a fool and having to phone in and then just receive empty promises. They only say what you want to hear so the can get you off the phone line and they then very comfortably proceed to do what ever they want. No effort was made to resolve this issue and I am taking legal steps because they are in clear breach of the consumer protection act.
