Unstable Internet
<p>Do not use these guys if you want any form of stable Internet. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just randomly lose connection to the net. I have sent them ping tests multiple times and been told that a "manager" would contact me and that the problem has been escalated. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have not received a single call from anyone who actually understands my issue. Not one call from a manager. I have called there help desk way over 15 times. As far as I can tell. Absolutely nothing is being done to fix this issue. Very quick to bill you however.</p> <p> </p> <p>This line is only good for Facebook and youtube. ANY online gaming service will not work at all unless you want to get disconnected and punished as a leaver. I'm at the point where I just don't want to use bronbergwisp anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bad Internet for a premium price.</p>

unfortunately the issue retruned. I do feel like this internet service provider is extreemely unstable.
I have had telkom for ever and never had to call them to fix issues. the line just worked. this on the other hand does not work.
