Terrible Client service & BAD Support

Absolutely horrid service, i have to phone in at least 3 times a week in regards to my internet dropping. The same story is always being told that the Pieter Delport tower is offline or my High Site is having issues. Phoned in and spoke to technicians who almost never can help me, spoke to billing for a credit. Lady tells me sorry they wont be able to credit me. Ive cancelled with them, still no feedback for a credit nor have my internet issues been sorted. I srongly reccomend to not use Bronberg. Their service is terrible.
