Still awaiting Installation and feed back

<p>20 july 2017 i app**** for a installation and completed the application for a 50gig 4/1 mbps line i requested that the installation be done on the 1st of august 2017 as i wont be available on any other day all well and good till the 1st of august i Popped into the office in kleinfontein and was told that they cant do it today </p> <p>they will let me know when </p> <p> </p> <p>i just have a question are they working on african time where later can mean 5 minutes to a week or longer if that is the case i will rather take a telkom package and get LTE speeds</p> <p> </p>
