**** service from Bronberg Connect

I have been with Bronberg since April 2019. This week I informed them that a cable had snapped and they needed to come and replace it. The call center advisor did not load the correct note, so once the technician EVENTUALLY arrived, after hours of me calling and following up, it came to the technicians attention that he did not have the correct equipment to replace the cable. Today my husband had waited at home for 2 hours before leaving for work, JUST TO BE TOLD BY THE TECHNICIAN “I will call you when I get there”. The technician said yesterday that he would be there at 09:00. Their service is ****!
