Poor service

I have sent 3 mails to them but if you follow up on the ticket it shows ticket not found!I have been without signal for 3 days now there service is poor Or shall I say there is no service at all this time around I will cancel my subscription with them I will not advise someone to use them at all just buy data from your local cell phone it's much faster anyway way
