PATHETIC SERVICE AND BREACH OF CONTRACT, CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATION. DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Since the start of this week, I have requested my wireless 6Mbps internet connection to be moved to a 10Mbps uncapped fibre package. there is already fibre installed in the house we are moving to. They want to charge an existing client R1500 Fibre installation + R850 for the removal or call-out to change everything, this to me is ****************. Right now I feel like contacting the ombudsman, to get this contract cancelled, and to move to a different ISP. Both Axxess and Webafrica have much better deals and are on a month to month contract. Furthermore I have sent emails regarding the change on the 18th and again today, and sad to say still no feedback. Is there a way I can terminate this contract, as I feel this is unacceptable and breach of contract on their side. I really want to get out of this contract now, as I can't wait any longer for feedback or service.

Bronbergwisp, You just lost another dissapointed customer. I will take this further, as this is pathetic service from your side, and in fact breach of contract, and I have the emails to proof there is no compliance from your side since the 18 or even more of this month.

And taking from all the bad feedback on Hellopeter, you don't have a foot to stand on regarding service or upholding your side of the contract.

I will cancel my contract without any costs from my side, You are more than welcome to come collect your equipment that I'm currently renting from you, another **************** BS story, Most ISP's give the equipment for free, with free installation.
