Pathetic ISP

Absolutely pathetic service. The internet in my complex is up and down on a daily basis for the whole complex and then seemingly down for random individual units. Whenever I call it's always something about my router except I never change a thing in my side, the call gets escalated and then all of a sudden it works again. They have the monopoly in this complex (Amsterdam) and because of that they clearly dont give a damn about how terrible their service is. Absolutely pathetic!
