Pathetic Internet (Bronbergwisp)

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Their internet is really pathetic and when a call is logged they phone back after 3 days. I have a 10Mpbs connection, have a 50ms ping, 5Mbps dl speed and 0.5 - 0.9Mbps Upload speed. They say it is a 2Mbps upload but it never is. Their infrastructure is pathetic hence the POOR internet. I am an online gamer and this internet is useless trying to play games. I had a 6Mbps LTE connection with Neotel and it was much better and more stable then this ****. They promise great internet and deliver **** internet. I also read reviews about them, saw bad things and to my better judgement gave them a try and now I am very unhappy.
