OVER CHARGING AND NOT PAYING ME BACK

OVERCHARGING and NOT PAYING IT BACK!

I have been trying to resolve my account for the last month because bronbergwisp has been over charging me for months for equipment i dont have which the installer took with him?

The installer tells me that he will arrange that they pay me back for this...................nothing happened.

I would like to cancel my subscription and move over to another provider. I want my money for which you over charged me paid back as soon as possible so that i can go on.

I spoke to accounting(Onalies) and she keeps telling me she will phone me back which she does not do, every week i have to phone in and ask what is going on and she cant give me an answer, this is very frustrating!

I am now going to cancel there are many other service providers!!! This after i have referred so many people to your company i am so disappointed
