No Connect

As with all the reviews ive read, this service provider is completely useless. It took me one month to be get someone to come to my complex to install it. I actually didnt even want them, but im forced coz my complex uses them. Now, there was load shedding and even though the electricity is back, connection is not! 2 hours of no internet connection!! No one knows why. Never use them
