No client service - yet again

No one at Bronbergwisp is ever on the same page. The left hand simply doesn't know what the right hand is doing. And this is not the 1st bad experience with Bronberg - we refused to use them for 2 years, now we are forced to use them, as they are the only "reputable" service provider in the area.

Made a request for their services yesterday - was assisted by Mpho - sent the forms and documents requested (who apparently was suppose to transfer me to the business department, as she is only permitted to do home sales) Today i received an email from Stefan , who also sent me documents, with different package/price options, I phoned him, and told him that i was extremely unhappy, the next contact i expected to receive was when the transition was going to happen (which is really simple, we have all equipment installed already) - and as i explained to Mpho yesterday, that this was very urgent, as our current service providers service drops, and we have business tenants, threatening to terminate their leases 1. Mpho is on leave today (bearing in mind that its a long weekend, and that our request probably only would have been processed when she got back on 23/04/2017, while the service was requested on the 17th)and its seems, failed to give our application through for "take over", as i phoned this morning, and had to resend docs 2. Stefan - cant seem to understand why we are unhappy, and frankly said he doesn't want to speak to me any longer - honestly i have the right to ticked off, as every single transaction we have ever entered into with Bronberg was a ****** up due to bad service - Bronberg should employ people that can work under pressure, and deal with the angry customers that they create 3. So you get different packages depending on who you are and who you are served by?? the actual product is good - when it works, but as for customer service, it is a circus.

Tried to escalate the matter to their "mother company" "A Herotel Company", their is no answer.....
