Most pathetic excuse for a business in South Africa!

The worst service provider ever! After months of bad connectivity and service, & being locked in because of their sole mandate in the complex in which I lived, I cancelled my contract before I moved house. They charged me for the next month and debited my account. After I reversed the debit order because I had cancelled within 7 days as per the contract and stooped the debit orders with the bank, they tried to debit my bank account again which the bank did no honor. They are now harassing me and demanding payment for 2 months because they billed me after cancellation and attempted a second debit order. They are also demanding a reconnection fee and I do not even use their services or want to. After issuing me with a credit note for the incorrect bill and reconnection fee, they are threatening me with blacklisting for monies that I DO NOT owe them!
