Lack of service becoming pathetic

So we are offline yet again with no result of a solution, I have been on call 10 minutes and 30 seconds and counting to Amo from technical whom can see my dish but the tower and my router won't connect to each other, so if the service provider cannot fix my issue why do I have to pay for a full months service, I am more on call to them to resolve their lack of service but never credited for the multiple times they do maintenance which I don't know what for because we always have problems.
