Internet that doesnt exist

By internet that doesn't exist, i mean that it has been 3 weeks since we spoke to them, a week before we moved to let them know that we are moving and to please make a plan. Three weeks later, the middle of the month AND STILL NOTHING! Being a person whose livelihood depends on internet, i am now broke from waiting for internet that doesn't want to arrive. I am at the point of telling them to shove their terrible service where the sun doesn't shine.

Besides that, we have actually always had a problem with their internet. If it isnt down for three days at least once a month, the line is extremely choppy. It really isn't worth the price. They also do not call you back when they promise, and dont even care to reply to emails. So customer service is basically rendered useless. You just have to wait for them to decide when they fix their lines.

So since their customer service is so bad, we even went on a wild goose chase to find their brance to go to them ourselves. That is even worse than phoning, since the address on the website is not their customer service, that and their address is wrong on the google maps compared to their website. And all we got from driving for an hour, was we will hopefully have internet in a week since their supervisor was not in store. I love their service soooo much... please note sarcasm.
