Ignore you flat---rather use another ISP

Today is the second day that im trying to get a response from these people.

My account was debited, because they do not debit on the agreed date, and I made a manual payment, because they do not debit on the agreed date.

I messaged them on Sunday, they ignored me the whole day yesterday. I sent emails to different people to get some response...nothing

I mailed them this morning, they still ignore me.

Its very simple, refund me for the extra payment, and don't ignore a person.
