Horrible service for **** internet

Signed up with Bronberg for a 6mb Uncapped line. Repeatedly had to phone in because our line only runs 2mb. Phoned them to cancel 4 month ago but then they promised us discounted payment. We were happy, our quote still read Uncapped. Now 4 month later our data is finished as we were moved to a Capped line. Phoned in to complain, sent emails and were told if we want to upgrade we should phone their Sales department. Why should I now sort out their incompetency. Stay away.
