Great support and service

<p>I've used a few wisp from cape connect to level 7 and these guys come out on top by a longshot. I only signed up last month and I rarely do reviews but they've convinced me that I need to. Had an issue with my fair usage which I wasn't informed about and at which point I contacted them and they were very understanding and increased my cap for the time being and surprisingly they upgraded my account at no charge at all. I'd just like to say they have been top notch and gone above and beyong even with the installation they provided a free antenna which was a first for me. Would definitely not even consider switching anytime soon.</p>
