Is it possible to rate no service? How does 0 2 mbps sound? Try doing anything with that apart from watching a little circular we call mother buffer. A call out and change of a microtec at a fee and then a bird **** on the dish within a week! Another call out? Please do not expect a return call on your fault logged in, as the next excuse will be the wind. Another call out? Propably because no one suspected service of a poor quality or simply bad tradesman-ship. Is it a matter of making a little bit more money at the cost of an undeserving customer? Is there space in the current economic climate for this?
