DON'T USE BRONBERG!!!!!!!!!!

The only reason they get a 1 star is because there isn't a -100 stars. They are the most useless ISP under the sun. Telkom has better service than they do. The GM of the company does not even respond to your emails after he says he will. I have issues with them on a monthly basis. They reel you in with the deals and promise the best service but once you are hooked, they could not care less about providing you with a service. If I can get a lawyer to sue them for something I will do it. When you phone the call center the staff always says we will escalate the matter to senior technicians. The "senior" technicians don't even know what they are doing so how will the telephone support. DON'T EVER USE BRONBERG. If your gut tells you to give them a try, your gut is lying to you. We that complain cannot make this up. They are the worst ISP ever with no support!!! I mean these guys have a 2.8 rating on Hello Peter, what more proof do you want that they do not provide service. Oh and also, they do not understand the problems that people have with the internet, they send technicians out, they do a test see no problem and say everything is OK, meanwhile back at the ranch there is still a problem.
