Compliments for a very good ISP
<p>Moving to BronbergWisp is the best step i've ever had in terms of having a fast internet, i should've done it many years ago! What i like the most is 1st, i get what i pay for, i'm on 6MB speed package and the speed IS REAL!</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd, their technical support department, i could show the way they work to another BIG FAT south african service provider and truly say "watch and learn, this is how a technical support must be!". You call them with an issue, it's fixed! And in worst case scenario if it's not fixed right away, they are really informed about what's going on and they are in a strong position to advise you what's going on and more importantly WHEN the issue will be rectified and they've been always honest!</p> <p> </p> <p>3rd, you receive a report to your email every time you call them. now this is a unique value that i wish they keep and i compliment them a lot for it. your phone call is appreciated, a consultant is aware about your issue and they include in the details what's the phone call is about and if your inquiry was resolved. </p> <p> </p> <p>Feedback for future improvement as i wish that Bronbergwisp would continue the good work, expand and stay great! </p> <p> </p> <p>1. Price</p> <p>I could say it loudly that you give a service that's value for money. However, i pay over R1,100 for uncapped but shaped wireless 6MB. I think that's a bit high and out of reach of many fellow south africans with our current economy. At least make it unshaped for this price or consider reducing the prices…… and win many new happy customers!</p> <p> </p> <p>2. Your modem's coverage</p> <p>You installed a router for me, it provides an excellent speed, however in terms of coverage it's not that wide, and i have to consider getting an additional modem to create a bridge, this in order to have a better coverage and enjoy my brilliant speed in all places. I believe that the excellent speed that you provide us deserves a better modem, wish to see that someday.</p> <p> </p> <p>All and all I’m so happy to be a BronbergWisp consumer and thank you so much for all the great work.</p>
