Bronbergwisp sucks

currently I'm using Bronbergwisp as my internet provider Ive been with them for about a year now and i cant seem to get them to give good service Ive threatened to move from providers to no avail each week i have problems with them ranging from my download speed witch should be 10Mbps , my upload speed witch should be 3 Mbps, my ping shooting sky high while I'm in game to them even going as far as giving out my personal info. i might be dumb for sticking to them for so long but i just don't have the time to move from providers
