Bronbergwisp Pathetic service

Being sold short and have the same problem every night when I get back from work. Paying over R1000 for 8meg download and 2meg upload but every night I lose speed and ping shoots to 50 even 100 ms ! It's been the fourth night in a row and frankly I am fed up already ! The day I don't use your internet at all Monday to Friday but when I get home if I am lucky I get 2 hours of good internet then it's gone ?Your night call center crew fiddles and never contacts you back and your day call center crew promises to hand this over to a senior manager and get back to me but never does! I will be giving bronberg 5 working days to rectify this or I will stop payment immediately and take this to court!!!! Ek is nou klaar !
