I have been with Bronberg Wisp for around 2 years. The internet has always been great. I have always been on a 10Mbps (uncapped) package. But the past week have been atrocious. I now typically get download speeds of 0.3Mbps to 3Mbps. It used to clock in at 10Mbps consistently. Suddenly i can't stream video any more.

The service was off for two days and then came back at normal 10mbps speed. Since yesterday its less than 0.03mbps. It seem that if they made their money they just don't worry about service anymore. This is scandalous.

I'll definitely not recommend their service and I'll definitely not renew my contract. This is even worse than the SA government.
