Bronbergwisp Courier service - Cannot get the facts straight and deliver a simple LTE sim on time.

Dear Bronbergwisp and CCB Couriers... Your courier team has lost you business.. I ordered a 100 gig LTE for my Son over the 11 th of Dec 2018 to which I was staying in Capetown. (On holiday) Your sales team said everything was in order and that it will be fine.. I stay in Pretoria fyi.. So I was there for 3 weeks, I get a call to say it will be delivered 2 days before the holiday ends.. Really??? SO anyway I thought ok lets leave it, I will continue to wait till I get back to Pta. Today is the 10th of January. Exactly a month after ordering it and still NO device.. Your courier team has really messed this up. They wanted to deliver to me in Capetown but I do not live there. So how could I send a proof of residence? Secondly now that I am back, they still persist to ask for proof of residence in Cape.. I have called you and mailed you numerous times to sort this out and still the courier persists a proof of residence in Cape.. I have to now cancel this service with you and put this on hellopeter as this seems to be the only way that someone does something about this.. If I were to help you remedy this, I would have meetings to better ties with the delivery team. This will save you business! I mean a month really??? Secondly, they also do not speak back to you Bronberg? It seems there is no channel? Very poor service! Please advise as I have now cancelled this and asked for a full refund! Also we do not want to be billed on this going forward..

Good day Mr Barkley
We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery on your LTE router.  We experience severe difficulties in communicating with the company that supplies our LTE service and their couriers. We do acknowledge that this is unacceptable as it is Bronberg that sold you this service in the first place. We are working hard on correcting this issue.  Kind regards, the Bronberg Connect team.
