Bronberg wisp from great to bad within a week.
Hi All
I have started a contract with Bronberg wisp in November 2018. I went on referral to them. After I signed up and my equipment was installed I had no problem with speed accounts or anything from them. The 18/01/2019 my problem started that my internet speed went from 8mbps to only 3.25mbps. I logged several call to them and the call was reassign to different departments. On the end a call out was send to my house to check problem. The technician arrived and I was not at home. He contacted me and I arranged for him access to get on roof and check dish. After a while he phone me back and explained to me that my beam was damaged by lightning and he replaced the beam with a brand new one. I did not give permission for the beam to be replaced in the firsts case but after it was changed he informed me the problem is sorted out and that every thing is back up. He also told me that a tree across the road might affect my signal and have a influence on my speed. The advised that I need to arrange to trim that tree for signal. I was upset about the fact that I returned home that evening and my speed was worse than before the replacement. I logged more calls and eventually arranged that my old equipment get put back up. The technician replaced my beam with my old equipment and my speed was better. Bronberg wisp did now send me a account to pay for new bean and call out fee and wants to suspend my service if not pay before 5 days. I informed them that I will not pay for a new beam replacement as my old beam was put back. The did not rectified my account yet. The accounts and billing department does not respond to my complaints. In a week I went from great service delivery to no service delivery and bad service. The speed problem is still there but not as bad as what it was after they replaced the beam. The tree across the road also cannot have a affect as I never had the problem with this from the beginning. Really I am disappointed in Bronberg wisp with their service lately.
