Bronberg is the worst company

Their service and internet is a joke. They are the only option available. We have only been with them for 13 days. We had to set up our own internet as they never came out for the set-up. We have had 4 days where our internet cuts off for hours. Now currently sitting 4 days without WIFI. We run a online business and lose so much money with no WIFI. We have phoned them 34 times the last 4 days. They keep saying someone will phone is back which never happened. End of the month they will be the first to send a invoice even though I have only had WiFi 4 out of 12 days. What a joke, Estates need to look into new service providers. How are they even a company if the only service of internet providing isn’t working.
