BRONBERG has the worst service

Bronberg has to be the worst wifi service provider I have ever dealt with and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Atleast 3-4 times a week I am phoning them to find out why my internet is down or why I am getting discounted all the time. When I phone them they are rude and impatient.

When you ask for Nicholas the supervisor, he is never around or always on the phone to someone else, they promise he will phone me back and never does. I have even tried to email him and no reply. Starting to believe he doesn't even exist.

I have asked them countless times for my call log to them to show them how often my internet is down and I am still waiting, this has been going on for about 7 months.

I have even been on the phone with them and they telling me my internet is up and running and I am sitting right in front of the wifi and its showing its offline and the man on the other side is getting so annoyed with me, yet I am the person paying for a service that I never get.

They never ever communicate that their lines are going to be down, I even try phone them and suggest it to them that they should let their customers know when this is going to happen and the staff say they will speak to management and they never do.

I am totally disgusted with their service, I have been with Telkom before and even telkom has better service then this company.

I am blown away about how they just dont care about their customers and even Nicholas being the "supervisor" is even worse.

AGAIN I would NEVER recommend Bronberg to anyone, rather use a portable router as you will get better service and a reliable connection.

What a waste of money.
