Being ******

So i have been a customer for more then a year, excellent service for the first 3 months more or less but after that it starts sucking every day. I left telkom, vodacom, cell c and afrihost due to there bad service just to sign a 2 year contract with the same service. I pay R800 a month for 85 gigs of data were other clients pay the same amount if not less with other service providers, every month which is ridiculous, and everymonth at the 27 my internet does not work, i go onto my profile and is says that i have used about 58 gigs of my 85. My internet only starts working after i topup with some more data for extra money. I asked to upgrade and to get a satellite but only received one mail and one call to resell me which i already have. They take for ever to reply on your mail, doesn't matter if it is a sales inquiry or an it inquiry. When my contract is done which i hope is soon i will not renew it again!!
