Bad wi-fi service.

Please never join Bronbergwisp for wi-fi connection. I pay for a 10meg line in a month and I expect to get a constant 10meg but from February all I have been having is trouble sometimes my service fall to as low as 0.3meg, It is becoming a huge problem for me every month I must pay my account but I do not receive the service for what I am paying. Then a service call is logged for a technician to come out to inspect my installation who is going to pay for it not me as I have been having problems with this service ever it was take over from Jaca-wifi. I must say thank you to Nico for trying but it is not working what ever he is trying to do.
