BAD SERVICE

We are with Bronbergwisp for more than a year now. What an frustration!!!! We are more "OFF LINE" than "ON LINE". We have been complaining about this for more than a year now. Our companies POS and phones working on this network, so when they are "off line" we can not do business. We have to explain to our customers and face them. When we phone Bronbergwisp you can complain about this and they just have this attitude of "it was a pleasure to help you" "they working on an solution to minimize this" BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!!! Still the same problem every week, sometimes every day. This will force us to look for another company to use.
