Abaolutely pathetic service
Where in your life have you ever heard of an "Internet Service Provider" that does not have people on call for when(and not if as its pretty much a daily thing) the equipment goes down? When the question is asked the answer is well only tomorrow morning someone will be sent out to look at the problem... As someone who works in IT myself, and delivers a service, if a key system goes down wether it be 3 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon someone has to fix it, really bronberg get your act together...

Our helpdesk attend to client's problems immediately, but if the problem can not be remotely fixed after doing a thorough investigation, we have to book a call-out for that client. We do not always have a call-out team immediately available, thus sometimes the call-out has to be scheduled for the next day. We do, however, attempt to resolve issues as soon as we can.
We also have Highsite and Fibre teams available 24 hours that attend to key high sites as issues arise.
