Toilet charge *******

<p>Recently shopping centers managed by Broll have started charging R2 to use the bathroom facilities. I firstly take issue with the fact that you could be withholding bathroom facilities from the old and the very poor who come to do their shopping and then can't afford to use the toilets. I think that this is highly unfair and discriminatory. Secondly if you want to charge for the facility, make sure that they are clean and supervised. I have been in Davenport Centre, Umhlanga centre and Queensmead and all the toilets are broken and or filthy. You also choose not to have a management office on site because you are not willing to spend money only take it so my platinum chain that was dropped in your bathroom was never recovered because your security informs me that they keep any items because there is no one to hand it into. Im going to boycott your centres and ask my friends and don't to do the same. </p>
