Bad Lanlords
We have rented a commercial property from them. Upon termination of the lease, we vacated the premises end of February 2025. Broll came with excuses after excuses to not pay. They said we didnt have correct CoC for electrical. We agreed for them to get the CoC done and deduct it from the amount. Now in September 2026 they are still awaiting signatures to pay my rental deposit back. They keep coming with excuses .

No Payments For learnership
We signed contracts with Broll and Damaria Consulting services in June for a learnership, we haven't got paid ever since. When we raise the matter nothing is being done and we dont get straight answers, they were so quick to take our documents.
