Failure to pay back our rental Deposit

<p>This company is full of unproffessional staff who ******* people's money, we received an eviction notice in January from Broll properties and we moved without any hesitation but now they dont want to pay us back our deposit. We were supposed to get our deposit on the 28 Feb 2017, recently we have been in contact with their lease administrator and she is not even bothering to get back to us, since we were referred to her from the begining. All they give us is an excuse that everything is in order and that they need a signature from finance. How do you await for a signature for 6 weeks really?</p> <p>Dont you think we need the money as much as you need it? We have bills to pay, when you took over the queenswood galleries flat, we didnt want to give you any problems about moving so why is it a big issue for this company that makes millions to pay us a mere R4200.</p> <p>My husband and I are tired of calling and reminding you of what is ours.</p>
