Empty promises with Deposit refund

Morning, Broll Property group I have requested my refund for the deposit for a Flat I was renting. i moved out of the flat last year November. Phindile Mkwayi was assisting and a very slow process if I must add. Until final stage for payment. Lerato Mkhatshwa who is at accounts department said the money will be paid today. They are playing games with me and I need the money. And now there's different statements everyday. Please assist me in getting my refund today.
