Damage to vehicle during renovation at Bluff Tower

On the 21-08-2015 as i was exiting the shopping mall Bluff Towers, two workers dropped a gate on my car.The safety officer M Suliman acknowledged the incident.He reported it to his employer Shane Clark who owns Infinite Trading.M Suliman contacted me to inform me that Infinite Trading would repair my car.I informed him that,due to a medical condition i needed my car,i would contact him as soon as the treatment was completed.The third week of September i called him M.SULIMAN He told me that Infinate Trading had a panel beater that would repair my car.I informed him that i would agree to an approved panel beater work on my car.He told me to send me a quote I did.Suffice to say since i sent in the quote,there has been emails ,telephone calls and allegations .In good faith i did agree to get a quote from Infinite Tradings preferred panel beater, it is a work shop not approved by SAARSA , nor SAMBRA .I have since sent three quotes. This backwards and fowards has been going on since September. I have been given the run around ,without this matter been resolved.The mall manageress has twice emailed all concerned ,to no avail.<br> Thank you<br> Mrs Fiona Warren
