Broll's pathetic service

I moved out from a Broll property Ferreira House end of March still today i haven't received my refund 10th July,Broll has been nothing but unprofessional and seems like they don't know whats happening. When i call i'm told that finance has processed the refund, no one even has the decency to call and atleast update me on the process of the refund . Been given forms after submitting, then given new forms cause systems have changed when they supposed to out i'm told that no i need to submit my moms things(its registered in her name) but i was adviced it was okay to submit my documents by one of their (broll) employees. Whenever I call im being told its been handed over to finance, their services are pathetic.
