Broll stole my deposit. Nobody has a phone in broll

Terrible experience. I had a shop in Pinecrest mall (Old Sanlam Centre) When took on the lease, first they place in very small print, no interest is earned on your deposit. You can almost not find it in their 50+page lease

They charged 2 Month rental and damages deposit Even though I paid everything from the utility every month to the even allocating fund for last Month rent, out of R39k I was given R8k No return from Broll as to why such high deductions and cherry on the top, I left the premises in 2018, I am still being sent invoices by them but there is nobody that would assist you.

Would not recommend them to any owner. Poor client service, is an understatement!

Stop taking advantage of good clients!
