Broll Property Group deposit delays

This seems to be a running theme with Broll Property Group, I am still waiting for my tenant deposit 8 weeks later (Many are struggling to get their deposit back in the agreed times, this is unprofessional)

You keep tenant deposits in a trust fund that builds interest off other people's money, unbelievable!

I want my deposit back as per the lease/cession signed, the administration at Broll Property Group is terrible to say the least

Can someone please contact me and explain why we have to fight to get our deposit back from the trust fund account to the landlord account so payment can be processed
