Unbelievably so, this company has the most pathetic and *********** administration ever...

More than 2 years after vacating premises we are still awaiting repayment of the deposits plus interest thereon on 2 expired leases.

Despite repeatedly demanding same, plus statements of account, these are not forthcoming.

Broll Property Group refuse to provide the contact details of their own executive management and of the landlords - Sasol Properties/Sasol Pension Fund and Growthpoint Properties.

A request for the details of the Ombudsman in the property space is also ignored.

No doubt this will be of interest to the likes of Carte Blance and other media outlets.

Clearly, the only route to resolution is further legal steps.

It is a very sad indictment that this is indicative of the extremely poor quality of staffing in this enterprise. Other exceptions to this no doubt exist, but we only know of 2.
