Bad service

On 21 April 2023 at about 12h30 I contacted umlazi mega city center management on *** and I spoke to a lady by the name of Thandi. I then asked if she could assist me with the truworths number since the one I'm trying is going to voice-mail. She then referred me to Google in a sarcastic manner informing me I need to type truworths after opening Google and I'll get the number. I then asked her if she's not allowed to provide store contact info. She then gave me the head office number ***) I told her that this number is for cape town and she said it was the only number provided by the store
