Bad Lanlords
We have rented a commercial property from them. Upon termination of the lease, we vacated the premises end of February 2025. Broll came with excuses after excuses to not pay. They said we didnt have correct CoC for electrical. We agreed for them to get the CoC done and deduct it from the amount. Now in September 2026 they are still awaiting signatures to pay my rental deposit back. They keep coming with excuses .

This has been a back and forth since 2025. I dont understand why I have to go through such headache to get my own deposit back. The inefficiency of the entire process since February 2025 has been so poor. The latest we have heard was that it is in step 3 of 5.
