Bad experience and refusing to return my deposit!!!

We rented a flat for 2 years under the management of JHL at FERREIRA HOUSE in Marshalltown, however, my last year was a nightmare when Broll Property came into the picture. We have been bill incorrectly by the property administrator Lindy and when asked they had no answers but forever touching here and there.

In August I had a crisis relating to my family and I had to evacuate the premises. Broll advised that I am owing over R9000. I have never skip rent. Today there are refusing to return my deposit. Renting under their administration is like self-torture. I have never come across such in all the years of renting. What a shame!
